Yes — the dashboard is a responsive web app, not a separate native install. Open kinkstock.polsia.app in any phone browser; the alerts inbox, usage log, and product pages are easy to use on a smaller screen. You don't need to ship anything from the App Store to use it on the floor.
Your products, locations, inventory, alerts, reorder history, and supplier details stay with your salon account. If you cancel, we keep that data for 30 days so you can reactivate or request an export. After 30 days, it is deleted. There is no 'pause' that erases anything silently.
Backbar is the product you use during services — gel, relaxer, edge control, braiding hair — as opposed to what you sell retail. Record each use in the Usage Log with the product, location, quantity, service type, and date. KinkStock compares logged use with purchase orders to estimate waste and help guide reorder decisions.
